ESTC would gradually increase its special programmes for national and international communication, collaboration, or cooperation between theatre people or theatre companies in workshops, performances, studies, and publications. The theatre troupe also plans to take part in actively various national or international theatrical festivals or invitation or touring performances.
The doors to ESTC are always open to every actor, actress, or staff who wishes to participate in the troupe's theatrical activities with his or her pure and true artistic pursuit. It does not matter to any player whether he or she is from Korea or from any other country all over the world ㅡ America, Middle-East, Oceania, Africa, Asia, or Europe. We welcome every one to join us in various theatrical activities, if he or she sincerely wants to play with us, whoever he or she is, whatever he or she does, wherever he or she comes.... We would gladly share our theatrical passion, artistic desire, and creative friendships collaborating together with our challenging ESTC performing works and professions.
We ESTC would like to communicate, collaborate, and experiment with national and international theatre friends together to reeducate ourselves and to understand better with each other, and finally to improve or refresh better our theatre culture. We wish to go together for the better future of us theatre people.
